Do you take any vitamins?

I have always taken different vitamins to help with whatever may be causing issues in my body. While I may take some on and off, others I try to take daily. I think Vitamin C is one that everyone should take daily just for the extra boost. I also take maca root for stress and anxiety management. I highly recommend that one!
